Right of Withdrawal for Goods (Hardware)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal (Goods)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

• You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
• You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functioning.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services (Subscriptions)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexander Ohlei, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal (Subscriptions)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the Provider has begun performance of the contract after the Customer has expressly agreed that the Provider may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the Customer has confirmed their knowledge that by giving their consent they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be conveniently made via your user account under "Settings" or by email to [email protected]. After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
